Booking Policies

Payment

To secure your appointment, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required. You can pay the deposit when scheduling your appointment online. This deposit will go towards your service total. The remaining balance is due at completion of the service.

Cancellations

Life happens! While deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, a new deposit will be required.

Health

Your health and safety are a top priority. If you’re feeling under the weather, please reach out to reschedule your appointment. 

Late - Reschedule

Running a bit late? No worries, there’s a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit must be sent to reschedule to ensure everyone gets the time and attention they deserve.

If you need an appointment outside these times, there’s a $30 fee. A $30 deposit is required to secure your spot, paid online. Full payment is due the day of service and can be paid via Cash, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.

Do's and Don'ts on Appointment Day

Do arrive on time and be ready for a 2-3 hour session. Follow all our policies to ensure a smooth experience. Don’t bring extra guests, don’t come with injured nails, and definitely don’t come if you’re sick. If you need anything during your appointment—whether it’s a bathroom break, a snack, or some quiet time—just let me know!

What is your availability?

How do I pay a deposit?

When booking your service you will be prompted for payment. 

Can I bring a guest?

No, unfortunately no extra guests.

What services do you offer?

I only offer Gel X Sets, Gel Manicures, and Structured Gel Manicures. 

How do I book an appointment?

Booking an appointment is easy! Simply select the service you need from our online booking system. Once you’ve chosen your service, you’ll pay a deposit to secure your spot. The remaining payment is due in cash after your appointment.

To finalize your booking, you’ll need to provide a social media profile for verification. Please note that your appointment isn’t confirmed until I’ve verified your profile and completed the booking process. If there are any issues with your appointment, I’ll reach out to you right away!

Do you offer nail fixes?

If you experience any damage within a week of your appointment, I will replace it at no cost. For any damage that occurs after a week, there will be a charge.
