What is your availability?

I’m available Monday through Thursday at 8:30am, 1pm, and 5:30pm. Friday at 8:30am and 1pm. Saturday and Sunday are my days off. If you need an appointment on Saturday, there’s an additional $30 after hours fee. I do not work Sundays.

How long are appointments?

Quality takes time! Solid or simple sets can be anywhere between 2-3 or so hours. Anything with a lot/intricate nail art can be around 4+ hours. If you are not able to stay that long, I kindly ask that you schedule on a day you have more time.

Can I bring a guest?

No, unfortunately no extra guests or kids.

Do you offer fills?

I only offer fills on my work. Only structured gel manicures can be filled.  Gel X sets must be a fresh set every time.

How do I pay a deposit?

When booking your service you will be prompted for payment.

What services do you offer?

I only offer Gel X Sets and Structured Gel Manicures.

How do I book an appointment?

Booking an appointment is easy! Simply select the service you need from my online booking system. Once you’ve chosen your service, you’ll pay a deposit to secure your spot. The remaining payment is due at your appointment.

To finalize your booking, you’ll need to provide a social media profile for verification. Please note that your appointment will be pending until you recieve a confirmation email/text. If there are any issues with your appointment, I’ll reach out to you right away!

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens! While deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, a new deposit will be required and the original deposit is kept.

Do you offer nail fixes?

If you experience any damage within a week of your appointment, I will fix it at no cost. For any damage that occurs after a week, there will be a charge. I will try my best to squeeze you in as soon as possible! You can message me on instagram: @savvynailss or email me: savana@savvynailss.com

What should I do if I need to reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment up  until 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You can reschedule your appointment through the link in the message sent to you by text and email when your appointment was approved.

Do you offer silent appointments?

Yes, I offer silent appointments! Your mental health is important to me. If you choose to have a silent appointment, there will be absolutely no judgement. I want you to enjoy your time! During a silent appointment there will be minimal talking such as design questions and preferences. I have a TV to set up where you can put on whatever you like!

What if I only want a soak off?

How far in advance can I book?

You can book up to 45 days in advance.

What if I need the total price of the service?

If you’re needing the exact price before booking, message me on instagram or through email. Please be sure to include the service, if you’re needing a removal, length (gel x only), and design.

How do I remove hard gel myself?

For structured gel manicures, I use hard gel. Hard gel is file off only meaning it will not react to acetone. You can use a 180 grit hand file to completely remove the hard gel.
