What is your availability?
I’m available Monday through Friday with three time slots each day: 9 AM, 1:30 PM, and 6:30 PM. Saturday and Sunday are my days off. If you need an appointment outside these times/days, there’s an additional $30 fee.
How long are appointments?
Quality takes time! Solid or simple sets can be anywhere between 2-3 or so hours. Anything with a lot/intricate nail art can be around 4+ hours. If you are not able to stay that long, I kindly ask that you schedule on a day you have more time.
Can I bring a guest?
No, unfortunately no extra guests.
How do I pay a deposit?
When booking your service you will be prompted for payment.
What services do you offer?
I only offer Gel X Sets and Structured Gel Manicures.
How do I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is easy! Simply select the service you need from our online booking system. Once you’ve chosen your service, you’ll pay a deposit to secure your spot. The remaining payment is due in cash after your appointment.
To finalize your booking, you’ll need to provide a social media profile for verification. Please note that your appointment isn’t confirmed until I’ve verified your profile and completed the booking process. If there are any issues with your appointment, I’ll reach out to you right away!
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens! While deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, a new deposit will be required.
Do you offer nail fixes?
If you experience any damage within a week of your appointment, I will replace it at no cost. For any damage that occurs after a week, there will be a charge.
